Wir sind derzeit dabei, unsere Unterstützung von PDF/A auf andere Schnittstellen auszuweiten - nicht nur auf elektronische Anwendungen, sondern auch auf E-Mails, gescannte Dokumente und Output-Management. Für uns als Nutzer war es wichtig, dass wir die Sortier- und Identifizierungskriterien festlegen können und dass alle gedruckten Dokumente bis zu einem Jahr in der Datenbank gespeichert sind. Auf diese Weise können wir Dokumente, die auf dem Postweg verloren gehen, wieder heraussuchen und die Originale nachdrucken. Die Softwarelösung erfüllt alle unsere Anforderungen in vollem Umfang.

Das komplette System ist seit einigen Monaten in Produktion. Die Signaturschnittstelle hat sich als stabil und zuverlässig erwiesen. Die Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und der unkomplizierte Support von Pdftools verdient eine besondere Erwähnung.

Now that we can make annotations in meeting documents directly, our city council and municipal council can take notes and leave comments directly in the digital document. The annotated document can be shared with other council members immediately so they can work together. The annotated documents are then saved in a secure area of the mobile meeting preparation tool and are available for reference whenever necessary.

Die Bearbeitung von Lieferantenrechnungen ist jetzt viel einfacher. Wir brauchen keine Scanstationen an den verschiedenen Standorten, d.h. es ist auch keine Verwaltung für Stationen erforderlich.
