If you encounter an issue with your Pdftools product:
- Search the product documentation with the error code or message.
- Check if a newer version of the software is available in the Pdftools Portal.
- If this doesn’t solve your issue, open a support request.
Open a support request
The Support tab in the Pdftools Portal lets you open support requests, access documentation resources, and contact your dedicated customer success manager.

When you open a support request, indicate:
- The product affected.
- The version installed.
- Any support logs (if available).
To open a support request:
- Log in to the Pdftools Portal.
- Select Support in the sidebar.
- Select Open a support request.
- Fill in the support form and attach any necessary files.
- Select Submit.
After you submit the form, your support request appears on the Support requests tab.
To share files that exceed the attachment size limit, use the Files tab. Select Upload to upload files that your Pdftools support team can access.
