Optimization: A Jewel Amongst PDF Components
Success Story: inbro Ltd.
PDF Tools AG Goes Twitter & Facebook
The 3-Heights™ PDF Optimization component is a true treasure chest filled with features to selectively reduce the file sizes of your PDF documents, including publications for the web, attachments for emails or large storage files. The tool not only features a multitude of options to reduce the file size, such as compression and removal of redundant information, it also offers useful added-value functions to convert colors, flatten form fields and their data and linearize for fast web-view. Our customers embed this component in the widest range of application areas. One of which you can read about in the latest success story further down in this newsletter.
inbro Ltd. integrates the 3-Heights™ PDF Optimization component for the compression of PDF documents in their Professional Digital Printing Software. The software is used for publishing to multi-platforms from a single PDF and employed by various customers, such as brochure and magazine publishers including holiday companies, universities and others. inbro was looking for a PDF compression software with a performance comparable to Adobe's products, that is able to be run on Linux and on cloud computing platforms.
