Support and Maintenance

When you contract Support & Maintenance you will receive the following services for one year:

• Support: Technical support from our qualified team via email or telephone: Support services in detail.
• Maintenance: Subscriptions to bugfixes and new product versions including new functions: Maintenance services in detail.

You will receive a reminder to renew your contract before the year expires. If you choose not to contract maintenance you will have to purchase the product again at a later date to receive a new version of the product.
