| AIIM-On Demand 2008: pdf-tools.com presents new solution for long-term E-Mail archiving in PDF/A |

February 21, 2008 - PDF Tools AG will exhibit at the AIIM-OnDemand Exposition and Conference in Boston, held from March 3 to 6, at the Boston Convention Center (booth # 3261).
The highlight at our booth is the new "3-Heights Document Converter Service", which allows the archiving of E-Mails together with all attachments in one single file in PDF/A format, the new ISO-standard for long-term archiving. Other new products and the full range of PDF and PDF/A tools – including our award winning "3-Heights PDF to PDF/A Converter" – will be shown!

| First International PDF/A Conference in Amsterdam |

February 21, 2008 - The PDF/A Competence Center is holding its first international PDF/A Conference in Amsterdam this spring. PDF/A specialists from around the globe will be on-hand at the event, being held April 10th and 11th, 2008 in the Hilton Hotel.
The two-day conference features the newest trends and possibilities for using the ISO standard format for long-term archiving, presented by users from major international corporations, renowned developers and manufacturers, as well as international PDF/A experts. Speakers include Leonard Rosenthol (Technical Standards Evangelist) and Dr. Jim King (PDF Architect), both from Adobe Systems Inc., as well as Rory Staunton (Managing Director of Strategy Partners International) und Stephen Levenson (US District Courts).
